Select the binder ring size based on the number of pages that need to be inserted.

For example (as a guide only) –

  • 20 mm mechanism holds approx. total of 200 (100gsm pages).
  • 25 mm mechanism holds approx. total of 250 (100gsm pages).
  • 20 mm mechanism holds approx. total of 100 (200gsm pages).
  • 25 mm mechanism holds approx. total of 125 (200gsm pages).

We suggest the following be considered:-

  1. Allow extra space so that the pages can turn over easily.
  2. Allow for the potential addition of more pages and or dividers/tabs, in the future.

Note – Different paper stock used may also vary in thickness and may effect the total number of paper inserts.
